When will my order be shipped?

If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 business days & you will receive a shipment notification along with tracking information. If it is a custom order or out of stock, your order should be ready to ship within 7 business days. We will contact you promptly with a status update on the timeframe of shipping.  

How will my order be shipped?

Our standard shipping method within the United States is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please allow up to 7 days after shipment to receive your order, however most orders arrive within a few days. Expedited shipping is also available. If your order is over $200, it will be shipped with additional insurance. 

How will my items be packaged?

Your order will arrive in a recycled paper gift box. We make every effort to utilize sustainable materials in both the jewelry & packaging. Gift wrapping is available checkout; just include a note that you want gift wrap - kraft paper tied with a pretty raffia ribbon. If you have a special request we will do our best to accommodate your wishes!
